just my luck

Just my luck.  I’m getting ready to finally leave and we have a potential freaking hurricane warning!!!  It doesn’t matter, call me crazy, but I’m going anyway.  This is my destiny!!!

the call of the wild

I can’t believe the day is finally here!  I am heading on my weekend adventure to Montauk!!!!!!  I hope to make this the first of many trips.  Despite the warnings of a hurricane that might blast right through Montauk point, I’m going.  Have I mentioned that this is my destiny?  I was never good at any sports, at much of any really?  None of that matters anymore, because when I make these great discoveries, my life is going to drastically change for the better!!!!!

I have a pretty concrete schedule that I’m going to follow…

Drive into the heart of Camp Hero, not far from the sage radar tower before the park closes.  I should have no problem staying in when the park closes and camping out.  I want to investigate at night.  Perhap’s see some potential members of the Montauk tribe.  Maybe the spirit of the famouns Montaukett Stephen Talkhouse???? Here he is photographed by William Wallace Tooker.  He was a well known member of the tribe known for his long walks from Montauk to East Hampton…

On Saturday: Wake up early, sneak into as many locations as possible and take as many photos as possible.

Take my metal detector all over camp hero.  Out by the sea as well.  Perhaps I’ll find some Nazi gold or some sort’ve electromagnetic phenomena??????????

If you look at the pictures of my map, you can clearly see I have a lot of ground I plan to cover…

My next blog post will be from Camp Hero in Montauk!!!!!!!!!

strange night

Heard some random strange noises throughout the night. Barely slept. Walked around a little and thought I saw a figure fade away. Also, it appeared as though the SAGE radar's lights started to flicker briefly. I think my mind is playing tricks on me. This certainly is a scary place to be at night, espiceally alone.

Tried listening to the radio today for a report on the hurricane. But the frequencies seemed all screwed up. Oh well, time to do some detective work! Will try and check in soon.

small update

Really strange… this morning the SAGE radar seemed to move a little.  Yet, there doesn’t seem to appear to be a motor since when I saw it last night.  Very odd.  I got a lot of great photos so far!  Can’t wait to share.

While out on the beach I discovered  a few concrete moorings.  Which is pecular since there are no docks in the area?  Perhaps a connection to an underground network???  I’m telling you the Phoenix still lives!

It’s worth noting that I saw a local news van pulling in.  I guess to report on the potential hurricane.  There’s virtually no one on the beach or in the park.  Seems pretty calm to me though.  Radio still very whacked out in car.

I’m really not feeling well.  I think I heard that strange noise again, that I heard last night. Going to lie down for a bit…
